How to submit a fiat application

 

There are five specific scenarios in which you will be required to fill out a fiat application before you can make certain transaction types:

    • Scenario 1:   Before making your first ever wire deposit
    • Scenario 2:   To add a new bank account for future wire deposits
    • Scenario 3:   Before making your first ever wire OR SEPA withdrawal (only if you have never submitted a fiat application for wire transfers previously, OR you have never made a SEPA deposit previously, e.g. you deposited via credit/debit card and would now like to withdraw via wire)
    • Scenario 4:   To add a new bank account for future wire withdrawals
    • Scenario 5:   Add a new bank account for SEPA withdrawals

 

Below you will find some detailed instructions on how to submit an application.

How to submit a fiat application
  1. Click here to open our contact form.

    Note:

    Even if you have an existing support ticket, all fiat applications must be submitted on a new ticket.


  2. Select Please Click Here to Create a Ticket.

  3. Select No.

  4. Select how you are accessing your Bittrex Global account - from the Mobile App or Web Browser.

  5. Select Funding an account with USD or EUR.

  6. Under Specifically... select the appropriate option based on your scenario and currency:

    Scenario 4: To add a new bank account for future wire withdrawals

  7. Fill in the email associated with your account and all remaining fields on the form.

  8. You will be asked to attach a copy of a bank statement. You may redact any information on the statement you would like to keep private, however these four items must be clearly shown on the statement/letter:

  9. Click Submit.

 

Once we receive all the required information, we will begin processing your request to enable the Wire transfer option or add a new bank for Wire or SEPA transfers on your Bittrex Global account.
