- Was the withdrawal Authorized? If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, you will be prompted to enter your 2FA code during the withdrawal process. - Was the withdrawal sent to an invalid address? All coins have a unique address and blockchain. They must be sent to the correct address type on the correct blockchain. (e.g. BTC to BTC, XLM to XLM). If the coin was sent to an address that is not valid for the blockchain, the transaction will not be completed. Coins that require messages may show up as invalid if you enter an invalid message into the tag/paymentID/memo/message field. If you are withdrawing one of these coins to a destination that does not require a tag/paymentID/memo/message, please leave this field blank.
- All pending withdrawals that you wish to have cancelled, must be cancelled by the user. Click the red x next to the withdrawal to release the reserved funds for another withdrawal attempt.
- If you attempt to cancel your withdrawal and receive an error such as "Error: PAYMENT_IN_PROGRESS" submit a support ticket using the Help with Withdrawals form with our support staff and include a screenshot of the error you have encountered.
- Do you have a sufficient balance to complete the withdrawal?
- If your balance is not enough to cover the withdrawal, you will see the error "Your available balance is not sufficient for this withdrawal." This error indicates that your balance does not meet the minimum withdrawal criteria (3x the TxFee). If you feel this is in error, review any open orders or pending deposits to see if your coins are held in reserve.
- If your balance is insufficient you will either need to sell the coin on the market, buy/deposit more of the coin to meet the minimum withdrawal criteria, or if there is no market available, the funds will remain on the account, unusable.
Why are we charged a withdrawal fee, how do I find it, and in what way does it impact withdrawals?
Our intention is to not make any profits on withdraws, however, each coin has a network transfer fee that is built into the coin. This means that we must charge a small amount to cover this fee.
- You can view the fee for a coin by clicking the Withdraw button next to the coin to bring up the withdraw window which shows the fee. The minimum withdrawal amount is 3x the transaction fee. (e.g. DOGE has a Tx Fee of 2.0 The Minimum withdrawal is 6.00000001). Alternatively you can also review the API to calculate the minimum withdrawal. Use "Ctrl+F" to search the coin's name and "TxFee" information.
- If your balance is insufficient due to the fee, you will either need to sell the coin on the market, buy/deposit more of the coin to meet the minimum withdrawal criteria, or if there is no market available, the funds will remain on the account but unusable.
Did you complete the withdrawal?
You can click the + icon to find the withdrawal TxID. If the coin has not yet showed up in the intended destination wallet, please check the transaction on a block explorer before opening a support ticket. If the coin is confirmed on the block explorer and not in your wallet, you will need to troubleshoot the receiving end of the transaction. If you cannot find the transaction on the block explorer after 1 hour, submit a support ticket using the Help with Withdrawals form detailing the coin name and TxID.
