Bittrex Global sends withdrawal emails promptly when you press the Withdraw button. If you do not receive the withdrawal email you should make sure you check your spam folder and also whitelist email@example.com with your email provider.
You can always cancel a withdrawal and try again to send you a new email confirmation.
If you are still not receiving the withdrawal confirmation email you may need to change the email on file with Bittrex Global. In order to change your email on file with us please provide some of the following in your email issues support request:
- Past deposits
- Recent orders
- Approximate balances
The more you can provide, the easier it will be to verify your account and change your email address.
Note: Accounts with high balances will require more information for verification.
To avoid relying a confirmation email in the future, you can also enable two-factor authentication (2FA), which does not require email authentication.
