When performing a withdrawal from the Bittrex Global web version, if you do not have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled on your account, we will send you a withdrawal confirmation email to authorize the withdrawal.
Withdrawal confirmation emails are only supported on the Bittrex Global web version. If you are trying to withdraw using the Bittrex Global mobile app, you must have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled on your account.

If you have followed the troubleshooting tips from the above article without success, you could then try:
- Canceling the withdraw and trying again to prompt a new confirmation email
Contacting Bittrex Global Support to change the email on your account - to do this, be sure to provide us with information on your past deposits, recent orders, and your approximate account balance(s)
If your account has a high balance, we may request additional information from you before performing an email change.
Alternatively, you can enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your Bittrex Global account to avoid having to rely on confirmation emails. We strongly recommend this option for added security!
