- The company is licensed to operate a Digital Asset Business, in accordance with the Business Plan presented to the Authority pursuant to Section 10 paragraph 2 of the Digital Asset Business Act 2018 in the following categories of activity only:
o (c) operating as a digital asset exchange;
o (d) providing custodial wallet services; and
o (da) operating as a digital asset derivative exchange provider;
- The Company shall maintain minimum net assets of USD 600,000 amount, or its value equivalent, and minimum working capital ratio of 1.25:1 at all times; and
- The Company shall not provide any form of advice to customers or prospective customers.

Chief Executive Officer
Stephen has spent his entire 25-year career working in financial markets in London and New York. In 2018 he left the traditional world of finance to get involved in Blockchain. At Bittrex Global he is working to enhance international business operations.
Prior to Bittrex Global, Stephen joined the Investment Management Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. in 2015. Stephen advised executives, entrepreneurs, and foundations manage all items of economic impact to their balance sheet. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, he advised some of the world’s most sophisticated investors as a Partner and US CEO at Brevan Howard, Head of the New York office at Winton Capital, and Managing Director at Credit Suisse Asset Management. Prior to this, Stephen worked as a Managing Director in Fixed Income Sales and Trading at JPMorgan, and in Mergers and Acquisitions.
Stephen holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Columbia University. He has served on several public company and non-profit boards.
SVP of Business Development & Markets
Chris joined Bittrex in 2017 as one of its early employees after 15 years of diverse technology experience across SaaS, digital media, and consulting. He joined Bittrex Global to lead international business development and markets, including listings. His experience spans company sizes from startups to large enterprises, including DocuSign, Amazon, Google, and Accenture.
Most recently prior to Bittrex, Chris was DocuSign’s Global Director of Competitive Strategy leading up to the IPO until becoming enamored by the potential of blockchain and cryptocurrency. Other specific experience in technology includes working at Amazon as Senior Product Manager for Amazon Video and Kindle, at Google as a Financial Analyst for YouTube, and at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for a number of years as an Accenture Consultant focused on BI, systems integration, and IT strategy.
While at Bittrex, Chris was the Product Manager that drove the first fiat (US Dollar) markets launch in company history, provided initial strategic analysis for margin, custody, and remittances, and originated Bittrex’s institutional crypto lending program.
Chris holds an MBA from London Business School and an Electrical Engineering Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder’s College of Engineering and Applied Science.
Kwon Y. Park
Chief Strategy Officer
Kwon Y. Park provides strategic guidance on decision-making and leads partnerships that drive positive growth and development of Bittrex Global. Previously, he was the Director of Business Development at Bittrex U.S., leading the exchange partnership program among other business initiatives and partnerships.
Before joining Bittrex U.S., Park served as Counsel at Delta Strategy Group where he assisted clients including exchanges, energy and agribusiness companies, trade groups, financial services firms, technology companies (e.g. token & blockchain), investment funds, and Fortune 500 companies on regulatory compliance, enforcement, and policy issues. Park brings over a decade of legal, regulatory and business strategy consulting, and startup experience.
Park received his Bachelor of Science with a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship & Corporate Innovation from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington and his Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law School. He is a member of the New York State Bar and the D.C. Bar.
Strategy and Business Development Manager
Jason Park is a business development manager at Bittrex Global. He manages various business development lines and assists in global competitive strategy, focused on driving Bittrex’s core mission in fostering innovation, incubating new and emerging technology, and driving transformative change.
Prior to joining Bittrex, Park was a summer legal associate at Charles Stark Draper Laboratory reviewing patent and technology licensing and commercialization agreements to assist in negotiations. Prior to Draper Laboratory, Park was a summer legal associate at the Chamber of Digital Commerce, where he drafted policy letters for clients and educational content for Congressional offices. Park received his J.D. from Boston College Law School and his B.S. in Psychology from the George Washington University.
