If you performed identity verification on your Bittrex Global account using an ID from an ineligible location, (even if you are currently located in an eligible location), you would be unable to make fiat transactions on Bittrex Global.

This means the transaction has been voided. Voided deposits will be cancelled and returned to your card in less than 15 business days.
Potential reasons for this:
- Special characters: Our card processor has trouble reading accents and special characters in names. To resolve this, try removing the accent/special character when inputting your name on the card deposit form.
- Name mismatch: If you are using a nickname or a shortened version of your name on the card deposit form, please make sure it matches the ID uploaded to your Bittrex Global account.
- Incomplete or cancelled transaction: Pending transactions may indicate you have not successfully completed the transaction, or you attempted to cancel the transaction.
Once you have identified the issue, please make the necessary changes and try the transaction again.
